We are now offering a variety of positions in our Corporate and Compliance Departments depending on experience and capability.

CORPORATE ADMINISTRATORS

You will be required to:

  • Work effectively with team members to devise optimal structure for client’s needs
  • Handle formation process in conjunction with Compliance Department
  • Handle a portfolio of client entities in a process-driven, accurate and proactive way
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive corporate secretarial records based on office processes and procedures
  • Liaise with regulatory and other authorities, including overseas
  • Organise and attend client board meetings
  • Build good working relationships with client’s international staff
  • Manage transactions for client entity, including liaison with international law firms and professional advisers

Eligibility: We are looking for candidates with a good degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Management or other relevant subject, who are interested in studying towards the ICSA qualification, and who have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the global business sector.

COMPLIANCE OFFICERS

You will be required to work effectively with the client teams to ensure the effective delivery of the compliance function, the ongoing compliance of all client entities with law, regulation and compliance norms and generally to proactively support the teams in the provision of services to our clients.

Eligibility: We are looking for candidates with a good degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Management, Accountancy or other relevant subject. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ Compliance experience in the global business / financial services sector.

We are now offering Corporate Administration Scholarships for candidates who wish to obtain the UK ICSA: The Governance Institute (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) professional qualification while gaining invaluable practical working experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

You will be given the opportunity to:
